Erica M. B. Ashton is a Human Resources Management Professional and Lecturer with over twenty-eight years’ experience in the field of Human Resource Management. She was previously employed at the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago and at the National Gas Company, and since April 2001, she has been providing Human Resource Management Services to companies spanning a range of industries.
